The President is not an extraterrestrial being.
He is American and America. 

The President represents the expression and the aspirations of all U.S. citizens -
those who support him and those who don't, and all who demand peace and security,
affordability, accessibility and ease of access; etc,
as amiable access to The Pursuit Of Happiness and The American Dream.

Do Americans (wanting what they want and want it now) care how they get what they get when they want what they want?
Some will protest the means of acquisition.
And, will they refuse it. Will they?
No.
Soon, in unison everyone will hail the STRIKES "Bursting In Air".
How does the President satisfy the American Shrew?
By the Constitution.
The President swear to defend America and Americans "from all enemies domestic and foreign".
And so whenever there seems to any perceived threat to what American want the President must finds a dog to give a bad name; that is, name an enemy.
Some will protest but never failing to say "thanks for your service.

If there is anyone blame the consumer.
Americans, how much more ( like a shrew) of what one already have can one have.

Hush, but for the cash registers chiging there mostly silence everywhere?
