It is interesting that many assume peace means 'lions will not be lions'. r\Regarding sheep...in the literal sense- let them live. As an analogy, sheep being sheep is partially why we have fracking, GMO's, and we are still driving cars kept alive by oil. Peace on the intimate level is an inner-experience. The magic of life, sits there waiting........
Thanks for responding.
My assertion made no mention of fracking, GMO, car nor oil.
The way to get what's said is to deal with what's said and the entirety of what's said without addition or extrapolation.
With that being done, there may be an opening for answers or other ways of looking at and being with the issues you listed - fracking, GMO, car nor oil.
Apologies...working on a project, hit submit without realizing it was incomplete....You mentioned sheep, which is a reference to complacency. Complacency manifested at it's best is allowing fracking, GMO, cars with oil, to reign without a large enough majority speaking out against their productivity.
Part of the reason why it is so easy to hoodwink people is our tendency to separate things. Spiritually and physical we are connected. GMO's create more sheep, fracking is promoted silently through seeking support for natural gas. Sheep accept without investigation, often approving what is not really desired. Cars without oil will assist with improving the environment. Yet we keep making more and more cars that run using oil...electric cars, or even hybrids would do so much for the health of the planet which is more necessary for our survival than the Earth's.
This is basic grade school reading comprehension.
Read a book, a paragraph or sentence then say and comment on the intent or the premise of the writer.
To get ("moral the the story" ) what being said consider all three sentences as a whole rather than part of a sentence.
The thought is not complete without all three sentences being considered as one.
~Kwasi Akyeampong
There is no misunderstanding. Not everything fits inside a box. Everything is connected. The writer begins a premise and one responds based on their life experience. If a connection is not obvious to one, that does not mean there is not a connection.
Sigh! Could it be that you do not get the premise of my assertion? Saying I don't get what your saying could create new opening for knowledge. Not knowing is the gateway to knowing.
Ok, Kwasi, you got me. I don't get it. What are you saying in those three sentences?
