It seems to me that humans like many birds are inherently migratory.

Is seems to me, also, that unlike birds all national borders are exclusion zone for migrating humans.

There seems to be no ending this reality and its impact one human suffering.

I opt for the nations of the world to create enforcable treaties to ameliorate suffering migrants forced enmass to leave their homeland.

These treaties must also include severe penalties on entities responsible for humans being forced enmass, and against their will to flee their homeland.
