This Months Film....
AS IT GROWS
As It Grows is a film exploring how it feels to be a woman of African descent who wears out her hair naturally. The idea to make it was borne from the mistreatment the US actress, Viola Davis, received at the 2012 Academy Awards for turning up in her natural hair.
