Diane Abbott, MP, the first Black woman ever elected to the House of Commons, has revealed on Good Morning Britain that she has received massive online abuse, including being called a "n----- b----".
Ms. Abbott, whom I interviewed in Black Success Stories, has received ten times as much online abuse as any other MP. The true extent of the abuse is not known.
Susanna Reid, the host of Good Morning Britain, felt the need to apologise after Ms. Abbott's use of the n-word on live TV, but I say, this is what she is being subjected to, it's not going to do the nation any harm to hear her say it.
