Fall is the best time for facials

If you eat an apple a day, it may keep the doctor away. How about keeping the wrinkles away? Aging is something that many women dread because of the appearance of wrinkles. There are a variety of home products that can be found in your basket, on your cooking shelf, and in the cupboard to make women look younger. Why not try honey and bananas?

Bananas contain large quantities of magnesium, potassium, zinc, iodine, iron and vitamins A, B, C, E, and F and other essential vitamins. It is these vitamins that it is good for dry skin and wrinkles. Banana facials moisturize and soothe your skin. But, why stop there. Let's add honey for complete younger looking skin.
Honey has many health benefits, especially positive skin care properties. The most prominent benefits are antioxidants which fight free radicals to reverse aging and humectants which promote the retention of moisture. Honey binds moisture to the skin. Free radicals are highly reactive compounds created by normal metabolic functions and introduced from the environment. Antioxidants slow down agents by neutralizing these free radicals. Also, honey properties are synonymous with antibacterial and anti-fungal agents.

Before applying the mask, clean your face. Apply the facial mask to cleansed face and neck avoiding the eye area. The eye area is very sensitive. You can check for allergies from bananas by putting a little mashed banana on one of your wrists and a little honey on another and washing off after a while. If there is any irritation on your wrists within 24 hours then you must avoid this facial.

Facial Cleanser

Before applying a cleanser, splash a bit of water on your face before cleaning. For oily skin, apply skim milk with cotton and wash thoroughly with warm water. For normal, dry skin, apply whole milk with cotton and wash thoroughly. The beauty of Cleopatra was no accident; her soft skin resulted from the many milk baths enjoyed everyday. Milk contains lactic acid, an alpha hydroxy acid the dissolves the substance that glue that holds dead skin cells to your body. If you are lactose intolerant or allergic to milk, then you must avoid this cleanser. Apply mask to dry skin.
