Greetings,
The First Address Is The Speech of 5 Minutes Followed by a 2 Minute Chant.
Also Attached is the presentation from the Rastafari Millennium Council and A UNESCO Speech on Globalization and Racial Discrimination that addresses discriminatory economic conditions that effectuate neocolonialism which impoverishes developing countries. Thus the request for FAIR TRADE vs. FREE TRADE. A serious evidence based look at Penal Institutions should also be generated.
The recording was done at the new Nyahbinghi Center established yesterday at Lower Stony Gut in St. Thomas on the Heritage Trail of National Hero Paul Bogle, who on October 11th, led the Historic March that led to the Morant Bay Rebellion still changing colonial history. The nature and site of the recording was itself historic.
Lastly I would like the conference to acknowledge the role of the Ganja Industry within Reparations as new laws and policies come on stream within Jamaica and CARICOM widely. It is sure to become a major talking point in the upcoming months as to how this Industry and Rastafari Sacramental Rights are structured.
Looking forward to working with the CARICOM Reparations Process Futuristically.
