On February 1, 2014 Bro. Shep was identified by NFL security and then arrested by NYPD undercover police for
handing out "free" super bowl team buttons and the below "Stop NFL Racism" brochures to the huge crowds of
football fans during the Pre-Super Bowl Festival in Times Square.
Not only was he falsely charged with "Copy Right Infringement" but; Because of the political content of the brochures & the "legal" donations being given to produce additional brochures he was held "overnight" and then unable to retrieve his remaining property in order to resume on "Super Bowl Sunday" because the police were
"too busy & understaffed" to look for it.
