The World African Diaspora Union (WADU) Sixth Region Office in NY is asking you to support the Millions March for Africa in New York this August 13, 2011.

So far, those within the Chief Secretariat Office and the WADU New York branch have pledged about $800.00 as part of a goal of raising thousands of dollars for the Africa March.

The Millions March for Africa in New supported by WADU and dozens of organizations across the U.S. and throughout the African Diaspora is to protest and denounce the re-colonization of Africa and the escalating attack on Africa and Black peoplr. In particular, it is to call on those present to join in the demand to Stop the Bombing of Libya and the world to support efforts to stop the siege on African states such as the Congo, Zimbabwe, Ivory Coast, Haiti, and Somalia. We understand and reject the U.S. and EU using the “Arab Spring” to carry out their long-term evil plan to control of Africa’s abundant natural resources.

This March for Africa comes at a time as Hillary Clinton met with European and some Arab states to continue sponsoring and promoting the war with an additional $30 billion. The additional expenditure of billions of dollars has occurred immediately after the African Union leaders called for peaceful resolution and reasserted that Europe is violating Africa’s sovereignty. The March in NY and other parts of the world for Africa and against the escalating attack on Africa also comes at a time as Black people and the poor everywhere are decimated from the economic turmoil started by Western greed.

Brothers and sisters, we stand at another critical crossroads for the dignity and humanity of Africans. Trust that WADU stand ready for victory and so we are urging all WADU branches, leaders and supporters to send their financial support for a long campaign to stop centuries of war on Black people of Africa.
