‘Stop The Violence’ Concert!
On Saturday, June 12th, the New Black Panther Party will proudly be on hand in support of our National Youth Minister Divine Allah for a special outdoor concert and rally against street violence.
The concert will take at Battle Monument Park in Trenton from 11a.m to 7p.m. and it will feature Glorious Asiatic, United Front, Ras Asia, Unseen, Urban Shaman, and more with special guest from the Poor Righteous Teachers, Wise Intelligent!
Divine gained prominence in Trenton for his long time organized responses to address this plague and it is a cornerstone issue of his campaign.
On Tuesday, June 15th, Divine is in a runoff for the North Ward City Council seat. He came in second in a field of seven candidates several weeks ago and appears to have preliminarily closed the gap between him and Marge Caldwell-Wilson by obtaining much of the support from the other candidates.

Statewide March Against Police Brutality in South Jersey!
On Saturday, June 12th, Zayid Muhammad, the Party’s national minister of culture, will participate in a statewide march against police brutality in an effort to secure justice for Moshowon Leach, an unarmed 31 year old former resident of Penns Grove, NJ, who was beaten to death at Penns Village Apartments in Penns Grove by police officers from several jurisdictions including Penns Grove, Carney Point, Pennsville, Salem and NJ State Police on Sunday, March 21st.
According to at least ten eyewitnesses, Leach was unarmed and was not confrontational when he endured his fatal encounter with the police.
An autopsy has declared Leach’s death a “homicide” as a consequence of “blunt force trauma to the neck.”
Muhammad will join other key state activists in the march and rally including Salaam Ishmail of the United Youth Council and Lawrence Hamm from the People’s Organization for Progress, former police officer Richie Rivera of the Latino Leadership Alliance of NJ, among others.
. Participants will gather at 12 noon at Masonic Temple at Park and Smith Avenues, in Penns Grove and will caravan to Salem. They will then march at 1p.m. from the Salem’s Prosecutors Office, 457 Market Street to the Salem Police Department.

Racial Murder, Lynching in South Carolina!
The New Black Panther Party wholly condemns the recent murder, racial killing, lynching of Anthony Hall in South Carolina.
Preliminary indicate that Hall, an African American vet, was shot in the head, tied to the back of pickup and then dragged some ten miles!
The crime is painfully similar to the lynching of James Byrd in Jasper, Texas many years ago, a lynching that revealed renewed KuKluxKlan activity there and the emergence of the New Black Panther Party, then under the leadership of its immortal Black Power General, the late Khallid Abdul Muhammad, as a force to deal with such activity.
The party intends to go into South Carolina to help our people deal with and defend themselves from such vicious racist activity.
