The S.T.E.P. family is looking for volunteers ….People who understand our collective and critical need to educate, motivate and liberate the minds, bodies and spirits of our youth.

If we are to succeed in raising strong, productive, dedicated young men (LEADERS) we know we must push aside the philosophical and rhetorical boundaries and work together. There is plenty of work to go around!
