Community Coalition Holds Press Conference to Announce Walk Against the Curfew

On Friday, August 19th at noon, the Philadelphia Coalition of the Heart, the Black is Back Coalition for Social Justice, Peace and Reparations, and Philadelphia independent mayoral candidate Diop Olugbala will hold a press conference to respond to Mayor Nutter’s 9pm curfew by announcing a Community Walk Against the Curfew to take place on South Street this weekend. Members of the coalition, along with community groups supporting the walk, will be introduced at the press conference
