Being wheelchair-bound and suffering a host of disabilities
including nerve damage with severe chronic pain, diabetes
and deteriorating mental state due to brain injury, Mama
Khandi is in serious need of not only financial help but
needs assistance in cutting through the bureaucratic red
tape that is keeping her from receiving all of the services
to which she is entitled in order to survive and thrive.
Mama Khandi depends on disability payments but was
cut off in November and December due to bureaucratic
error, leaving her in a desperate situation. She is barely
able to afford her basic needs at this point and is asking
for everyone to please send in whatever they can to
assist her at this time.
