Every year on the first Fri. in March, the S.T.E.P. Rites Of Passage Manhood Development Organization and various member of the larger male community, sponsor the International Black Queens Day Celebration and Dinner.
This celebration involves black men from the surrounding communities coming together to acknowledge and commemorate the greatness of "Her Highness" the black woman.
We are in the planning stage of this year’s program which will take place on Fri. March 4th 2011
This is a call out to the community brotherhood for volunteers to assist with this wonderful, and much needed annual program for our sisters.
Volunteers needed in the following areas:
Program set up
Program break down
Food preparation (vegan menu
Food service area
Entertainment
