ZIMMERMAN FOUND NOT GUILTY?!! RIOTS?!!

5 white women and one latino in the jury; will that empty coat in your USA presidency never be filled by an honest man/woman free of social and political racial vice? My heart goes out to the young in innocent fear of their lives whose pleasure and right to walk anywhere in the city, the land, is threatened by such lack of justice, set perhaps by an indolent judge, to stir up further strife among latinos and black communities . I am uneasy to comment, being old and far away in Ireland, but because I so much love real life and the innocence of the young I urge them to stay calm, because it is only the strength of thousands of people together in trust internationally that will put an end to conflict and war and lies and drugs that are the causes of the ominous threats you live under.

Brother Grateful, I feel your pain and frustration. And I weep along with you and countless others who mourn the loss of yet another young Black child. But we don't need to riot, or march, or write letters. We have done that for a long time without any real fundamental change in the relationship we have with white America. We need to do something that will change that relationship.

For centuries, Black people in America have been regarded as animals and treated as such. At the end of the Civil War, Lincoln issued the Emancipation Proclamation freeing the 'slaves'. Actually, the only 'slaves' freed were those in the Confederate states. Black people enslaved in New York, Maine, Ohio and other places in the North were still enslaved.

What do we learn from this history and our present rage at the injustice of this white judicial system? Michael Vick was sent to prison for 2 years for killing dogs. Zimmerman gets off scott free for killing one of our children. The equation is simple: Black people are worth less than a dog.

The writing on the wall is plain for all to see: "The future of Black people in America is in great danger"

The real question is: What are we going to do about it? How do we change our relationship with white America? In a two words - ARM YOURSELF.

I will not pretend to tell others what to do, but I guarantee you that I will not write letters, or riot or march. Monday morning I am going out to purchase a firearm. I will register it and learn how to shoot to kill at the local shooting range.

Imagine the whites watching my wife and I learning how to shoot to kill. Imagine hundreds of thousands of other Blacks all across America opening and publicly arming themselves and forming shooting clubs. That will change the relationship between the Black community and the white community. No bully wants to get hurt. Bullies love to prey on the weak and defenseless. But if you stand up to the bully and hit him in the nose, he will think twice about messing with you again.

Plus we will take full advantage of the "Stand Your Ground" Law that protected Mr. Zimmerman and shoot to kill any white person trying to hurt one of our own.

As a Black nation within a nation, if we fail to see the obvious, should God come down out of the heavens to protect us or rescue us? God has not done it over the past 400 years of rape, lynchings, castrations, whippings, and riots against us that Black people have lived with in America has He?? No!

Then why are we being taught that God will do something to protect us in the future? Wake up! God gave you a brain and a conscience.

If you saw a child being attacked by an animal, what would you do? Stand by and watch? Go on by and let the animal savage the child? What does your gut and your conscience tell you to do?

Why then is it so difficult for us to see that we are faced with a savage 'animal', clothed in sheep's wool (just as the Bible describes him) - pretending to love truth and justice when this 'animals' entire history reeks of lies and racism.

If we cannot see the need to defend ourselves, our families and our communities, perhaps we are not worth defending. Indeed, perhaps we are worth less than a dog.

This strengthens Whites use of the Stand Your Ground law to kill. I haven't research it, but someone told me that Blacks are convicted for using the SYG law than Whites who use it.

Lets forget about race for a minute a young person was murdered because some idiot wanted to play cops and robbers. The only true memorial for Trayvon is to not this animal have a minutes peace from this day forward. Rise up black people our true independence is Trayvon's peace . hotep
