Supporters Demand DNA Tests to Exonerate Johnny Lee Savory

Johnny Lee Savory, arrested at age 14 and jailed for 30 years for a murder he did not commit, was released from prison, but never exonerated of the crime. He is demanding that DNA tests on articles found at the crime scene be performed to clear his name once and for all. Supporters came to the Peoria County courthouse and along with a law team from Northwestern University, are asking the State to perform these tests that will prove Johnny Savory innocent of murder.
