No More Innocent People Dying is a roots reggae and dub poetry dedication to our lost souls and lost lives due to racism, fratricide, homicide, wars and genocide. It was inspired by the recent murders of Trayvon Martin and Rekia Boyd, alleged police murders in Florida and other senseless violence. This song is also a message for Africans/Blacks to stop killing each other via guns and gangs. The song has an irie roots reggae beat with Bajan singer Dian Forde in the background and dub poetry by Kamal Imani.Lyrics:No More Innocent People DyingLet's Pause for a moment of silenceNo More Innocent People DyingLet's Pause for a moment of silenceSee See See What I Mean?See What I mean?See What I Mean?Survival unitThat's what we areAs a people fighting for freedomWe've come real farIf you think the fight is overYou're under an illusionYou better get back on the battlefieldKeep the fire burningAnd keep Pan Africanism movingThey want to exterminate usThey've killed Jews,Christians,Muslims,Native Americans, Armenians and Aboriginies. What makes you think they won't kill you?So stop killing each otherAnd put operational unity back in useYou're survival is in your handsWe are one! This is a smooth and Irie Roots Reggae Dub Poetry Riddim (Song) that promotes non-violence in our communites as well as systematic injustice. It has strong dub poetry and smooth background vocals. It's an international anthem for the people!Download on:kamalimani.bandcamp.com/track/no-more-innocent-people-dyingNow on Cdbabyhttp://cdbaby.com/cd/kamalimani34Itunes 4/13
