In The State Of Pennsylvania, Major George Tillery, has been in prison over 31 years for crimes he did not commit. There was no evidence against him for the 1976 poolroom shootings that left one man dead and another wounded. New evidence is available in his case. That new evidence is in the form of declarations which show that state witness Emmanuel Claitt was allowed sex in homicide interview rooms and hotel rooms. He was also given drastically reduced sentences. All of this in exchange for telling lies during Tillery's trial.
