Perkins is a former covert NSA agent. In these videos he divulges the dirty, and illegal actions of American foreign policy, which he worked for as Chief Executive Economist at Engineering and Infrastructure Construction Firm, Chas T. Main Corp., in Boston. NSA and CIA use corporations and corporate agents like Perkins to help the US manipulate, attack, and destroy the economies of other countries--particularly in the 3rd World, and particularly countries governed by indigenous people and people of color (Ecuador, The Amazon Region, Nigeria, Panama, etc.) Through "economic hit man like me," he says, America has "managed to create the largest empire in the history of the world."
