Ghana: President Nana Akufo-Addo's Fearless Speech That Left The West Scratching Their Heads

This is a great speech and I agree 100%. But, alas, this speech is, like so many others, wishful thinking. How do we get from where we are now to the vision in the speech? Where will these new young African leaders come from and how will they get access to power needed to make reforms?

The system is broken and will only replicate what we have now. I propose a fix in my book, "Leave the Rat Race to the Rats". It will take not a political revolution but a cultural revolution, which I call "The Goodwill Revolution". It presents a blueprint for change. There will be many more great speeches like the Ghana president's fearless speech, but there will be no change.
