MAGALOMANIA is a mental disese that has affected all or almost all Africans. Individaul African dream of big ideas like the Black Man's Development Center in DC to help us and ends up in total confusion. The dfforts by Dr. Johnson, is noble and the first thing for him to do is to seek other rich African Americans and white Americans who may share with him the dream. But no, he is going to do it by himself and when he rans into difficulty; financing, management, accounting and drugs, he gives up while our problems compound. Our problem is so large that it is almost impossible to seek its solution but just like Dr. Umar Johnson has started, it must be tackled starting small and growing big. Buying the school is enough to sent him into bankrupcy. To think of solving our youth prblems all over this nation of ours is the work of God. Why so? Our race has traditional enemies and it is better even to go to the enemies and start the solution because they created the problems facing all Africans and they may have more answers than we do. But all Africans are afraid of white men except white women who are sympathetic with our plight than white men. Dr. Johnson should seek help wit others and get them involved with the financing. While I do not understand the comment of Dr. Agyapong regarding this effort by Dr. Umar Johnson to purchase the school, I am going to make a donation toward that effort. If there is confusion, so be it, but I refuse to stand idly by and refuse to support a brother who trying to address one of our most pressing problems. Of course, our young women need similar attention and the same could be said of our elderly. We have many complex problems to deal with, but few of us have the resources and genius to address them all at one time. Thus, we seem compelled to do what we can with what we have, don't you think?

I applaud the brothers zeal and dedication and refuse to criticize his efforts. Instead of criticizing, let's try to band together and do what we can to support the brother.
