2013 International Locks Conference

The 19th annual International Locks Conference was held in Philadelphia Pa October 5-6, 2013 at the Imhotep Charter School in the West Oak Lane section of the city. This video is a snippet of some of his year's conference showing a few of the participants, vendors, entrepreneurs and supporters. The annual conference features: a natural hair, cultural fashion show competition, holistic health practitioners and modalities, empowering economics and politics, authors, natural beauty products, styling techniques, workshops, lectures and panel discussion on a myriad of topic and issues. The energy is family friendly, supports self love and celebrates African beauty and empowerment.Many of the Harambee Radio and television hosts were on hand to share their program's content with us.
