Should parents be held responsible, accountable, culpable and prosecuted for crimes committed by their minor children?

Depending On the crime because:

1. Sometimed children do things against their parent's knowledge, enablement, and will.

2. When evidence shows a perent has been grossly negligent of their duties in a way that enabled their child to commmit a violent crime, or a crime that severely harms 1 or more persons, then yes, the parents should be held accountable.

3. This should not be intented for petty crimes, or for crimes in which parents actions prior to the crimes, regardless of whether or not the crimes were sever, were shown to not be neglient or purposely enabling the minor to commit said crimes.
