Hey folks, I am playing a part, an actor, you see.
If life is "a stage", I'm on stage cast in the Enternal Soap Opera.
As The World Turns the casts change, location and props update but the Play Is The Thing.
Do I argue with the Play, with the Director and Producer?
I do. After all, that's the play I'm in. I play my part real well; then, when at last my role expires doesn't the staged play remains.
Alas, why worry! This is it!
I speak the speech and play the part I play. Isn't it anyway but Shakespearian, signifying nothing. Or, as Werner Erhard would say: "It's empty and meaningless, and it's empty and meaningless that it's empty and meaningless".
Play the part well, "it signifies nothing", really.
