By Norma Holt | The countries most targeted by religious zealots are those where ignorance and a lack of education are the norm. This is evident in the way the Taliban and other Muslim groups try to prevent people from discovering that what they depend on are myths. It was always the way, however, with the Catholic Church and others who flooded into countries when newly discovered to convert the masses.

The uneducated and superstitious Indians of the Americas, Africa, Australia, the Philippians, and to a lesser extent China and other Asian nations are cases where the church gained great footholds. The battle is now on between Christians in Muslims in many of these places as Gog and Magog are at war.

'Ma-gog' means 'Mother God' and that is Mary, the one described in Revelation 14:5 as the mother of harlots and abominations of the earth. 'Gog' is 'god' as the scribe who wrote the prophecy was not allowed to use the correct title due to a fear of retribution.

In their normal practice the Vatican built its churches over existing temples and other holy sites as the people would normally go there to worship. It also adopted many of the local 'gods' and called them saints in order to keep faith with the people. The fact that many were forced into accepting the new order speaks highly against it being anything of God.

If the Spirit is at work people don't need religions. They feel the closeness of God within and they are guided and protected in ways the religious could never imagine. That means they are not willing converts and in the past millions were executed because of that loyalty to their inner self. People of this type seek education and test everything and they know that being forced to accept something because others tell you to is not good for their peace of mind.

The Mountain of God is turning things around and knocking down the wall of churches. Heaven and hell are the myths that keep folk returning to religion and which keeps them locked within it.
