Allen, Chair of National Black Wall Street Chicago joins Father Pfleger For OCCUPY THE STREETS Peace March Friday June 21 With Challenge to over 2,000 Participants that our urban community requires ALL HANDS ON DECK and "You Have An Obligation To Do More Than March or YOU TOO Will Be Part Of The Problem!"

"As I promote the major Peace March being led by my lifelong ally Father Michael Pfleger tonight I am asking all 2,000 or more participants as I have now come to start asking after each major march and prayer vigil after our tragedies -- WHERE does everybody go AFTER the marches are over and when the real work in our communities to make them better is being done??? Remember that Faith without WORKS is dead!! 

So I am praying that tonight will be the kickoff that over 2,000 people who will march on Friday night will be the SAME 2,000 people and who we can now find on Monday helping to show our people how to use their consumer power to create, sustain, and increase our own community businesses, jobs, and institutions and take away the need for far to many of our youth to be battling and dying trying to address their desperate economic conditions through the gang, drug and other illegal economies.

When we fight the economic violence and start marching by thousands with our redirected consumer spending power and consumer actions we will help erase the physical violence. IT'S UNACCEPTABLE to "March" for peace but not commit to an assignment to "WORK" for the peace, so if you march by the thousands on Friday and cannot be found on Monday committing to a community action WORK assignment, then YOU TOO are just as responsible for the problem of violence versus being the solution!!
