You're in the loop, Marcia: it's just that THERE'S ONLY ONE HUEMAN 'RACE' - and everyone IN that one 'race' is '...of Black African ancestry!' (some of us are just a little more or less rinsed out! SMILES)but our education systems did - and ARE - still LYING to us! There are Red Africans, Yellow Africans, white Africans, Tan Africans, Brown Africans and Olive Africans too; all huemans are African. (See how much we have to learn!)*
So, the inane, inaccurate and misleading words/phrases like 'races,' 'bi-racial,' 'trans-racial,' 'inter-racial,' 'different racial groups,' 'outta' her/his race,' 'mixed race,' - and too many more idiocies to herein list, should be thrown in the trash can IMMEDIATELY!
The cradle of civilization was NOT in Greece, Europe, but Black in Black Africa! And the sooner this (and others in the entire world) society gets TRUTHCENTRIC (word coined by our eminent Professor Ivan Van Sertima) - the healthier we'll all be!

My sister you drove the nail straight down! We have to realize the agenda behind such propaganda. In the case of those negroes who are inventing terminology like "transracial" and "The first black president" (referring to Bill Clinton), that is part of the attempt to water down racism itself. And even tho we may say there is only one race, which is true, racism is the ideology which divides people for the sake of a class-based system of oppression and exploitation. Diluting racism results in neo-colonialism. We are still colonized, still fighting for our humanity in an inhumane, racist system. Peace.

Instead of the 'Wasichu' (Indigenous for 'whitey') phrase - "First Black President," - we SHOULD say, "the First Man With Observable Melanin!" Ha! No one could deny THAT! Playing these color-semantics games doesn't do much for healing the bigots, though.
