The original Million Woman March, under the direction of its visionary and architect, Sis. Empress Phile' Chionesu, has begun implementing the now revised National/International MWM Universal Movements "Direct Action" Plan for POWER, PROSPERITY, & PEACE. This groundbreaking and long awaited development of one of the MWM "Maatic Epoch's" philosophical and methodological tools that is not only designed to bring forward the initial MWM accomplishments, missions, and platforms, but also its ongoing and protracted agendas and divine destiny. Thus, the MWM format/formula consist of a specially designed African perspective holistic approach for the ascertainment and maintaining  of well rounded advancements regarding a variety of both written and unwritten matters, concerns, and issues.

The MWM "African Women For Reparations (AWFR)" Cadre is an official unit
and national component of the historic Million Woman March/Movement that is designed to educate, train, and engage, particularly, women, young adults, and youth/children of African descent regarding matters and issues pertaining to African enslavement, Freedom/Liberation/Justice Movements and related work, etc.   In general,  AWFR is also committed to the administration of ongoing research, outreach to and connection with the African/Black community at large to help provide a holistic and progressive pro-active presence in the struggle for African justice, in addition to the provision of edification, updates, reports, agitation, collective participation and other necessary interactions.

The MWM/AWFR "House~Moore" Campaign (HM Campaign) is a Special Project developed to increase national awareness, amongst the masses, and the mandated international dialog regarding the violations (past and present) of Africans in North America and the necessary remedies that must ultimately be rendered.  AWFR is also committed to educating and holding information,/educational "Pre-Plebiscite" Sessions, nationwide.
The HM Campaign is a "action" tribute to Mother Callie House and Queen Mother Audley Moore to assure that their work and contributions are always present in the hearts and minds of the People and their dreams and legacies upheld, honored and continued in the best ways possible.
Empress Chi announces at the UN Feb. 2011 (in the spirit of QMM et al)- Million Woman March/MWM is preparing to come to Africa in 2012

December 11, 2011 Session will entail: Areas of law to be presented and further prepared for further actions and additional international dialog:

The law of restitution
is the law of gains-based recovery. It is to be contrasted with the law of compensation, which is the law of loss-based recovery. Obligations to make restitution and obligations to pay compensation are each a type of legal response to events in the real world. When a court orders restitution it orders the defendant to give up his gains to the claimant. When a court orders compensation it orders the defendant to compensate the claimant for his or her loss.
This type of damages restores the benefit conferred to the non-breaching party (the plaintiff). Simply, the plaintiff will get the value of whatever was conferred to the defendant when there was a contract. There are two general limits to recovery, which is that a complete breach of contract is needed, and the damages will be capped at the contract price if the restitution damages exceed it.
The orthodox view suggests that there is only one principle on which the law of restitution is dependent, namely the principle of unjust enrichment.     However, the view that restitution, like other legal responses, can be triggered by any one of a variety of causative events is increasingly prevalent. These are events in the real world which trigger a legal response. It is beyond doubt that unjust enrichment and wrongs can trigger an obligation to make restitution. Certain commentators propose that there is a third basis for restitution, namely the vindication of property rights with which the defendant has interfered.   It is arguable that other types of causative event can also trigger an obligation to make restitution.
Retributive justice/law is a theory of justice that considers that punishment, if proportionate, is a morally acceptable response to crime, with an eye to the satisfaction and psychological benefits it can bestow to the aggrieved party, its intimates and society.

In ethics and law, "Let the punishment fit the crime" is the principle that the severity of penalty for a misdeed or wrongdoing should be reasonable and proportionate to the severity of the infraction.   The concept is common to most cultures throughout the world. Its presence in the ancient Jewish culture is shown by its inclusion in the law of Moses specifically in Deuteronomy19:17-21, and Exodus 21:23-21:27, which includes the punishments of "life for life, eye for eye tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot." That phrasing in turn resembles the older Code of Hammurabi. Many other documents reflect this value in the world's cultures. However, the judgment of whether a punishment is appropriately severe can vary greatly between cultures and individuals.

Proportionality requires that the level of punishment be scaled relative to the severity of the offending behaviour. However, this does not mean that the punishment has to be equivalent to the crime. A retributive system must punish severe crime more harshly than minor crime, but retributivists differ about how harsh or soft the system should be overall.

social benefits, such as crime reduction. For retributionists, punishment is backward-looking, and strictly for punishing crimes according to their severity.

Depending on the retributivist, the crime's level of severity might be determined by the amount of harm, unfair advantage or moral imbalance the crime caused.
