From The Nat Turner Library
DREWRYVILLE, VIRGINIA – The Kemit Synthesizing Conference, long advertised, and promoted at various Black Events since February, including the ASCAC in Washington D.C. in March, is this Monday, August 1.
Many throughout Black America have long celebrated the month of August as a special period during the course of the year. So much so that a whole bevy of names are used to brand it. At the Nat Turner Library, where the first meeting of its kind about Ancient Kemit/Egypt, it is called Black Activism Month.
At once! August/Kemit, called Techi in Ancient Kemit caused present day Black Organizers, and others who had a commitment to Free Black People by “Any Means Necessary,” to act dynamically. That dynamism took many varied forms. The forms range from The March on Washington D.C., by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. in 1963 to the Nat Turner Revolt by Nat Turner and the Black Liberation Army that he organized and led on August 21, 1831.
There are far too many names to say one is preeminent over the others, or is the most useful to both introduce Black people about WHERE WE ARE TODAY. WE are here as a result of the work, activist work by all Captive Africans in the United States of America. Or our history in ancient times.
BLACK UNITY WEBSITE
There is a website called BLACK UNITY that maybe the most informative about “Black August.” It lists the various activities that will help those so interested to be informed. When someone does what the Kemit Summit Meeting next Monday is called for, Black Unity maybe the one to call the meeting. that is start the process of “Synthesizing” the varied slew of names for Ancient Kemit, as well as other Names, Places and thing that was left as a eternal, living memorial.
