The short answer is yes. Most are upset about the death of Troy Davis. Injustice has now been done. Angry? Remember how this moment feels. Remember that this could be YOU or someone you love. If you think this is bad, realize that unless you get up outta that armchair, off the sidelines and do something, vote, push for a better justice system, then Troy Davis died in vain. Tony Brown's Journal once reported that the FBI had done a study showing Black folks stay focused on a crisis for six weeks, then let it go. THAT is the strategy used to manage us. Is that you? You better be voting in 2011 and in 2012. And if you don't vote, you are voting by default. Your life may depend on it.
