SHIRLEY SHERROD CONFIRMS A MAJOR LESSON
TO US WHO DARE STUGGLE FOR FREEDOM

SOUTHAMPTON COUNTY, VA - The gift to Black people through the person of Sister Shirley Sherrod maybe “gift wrapped” for die hard individuals who “will never give in nor ever give up” the vision of Complete Freedom for Afrikan people: especially those of us living in these United States of America. [If the Reader does not know who Shirley Sherrod is, please call me privately].
From the generation that she is a part of; to the fact that she is married to a Black Man that was part of the successful struggle to puts us in the vanguard position we are in 2010. The Lesson of Shirley Sherrod is one that we DARE NOT, at the least see. If you are not positioned to embrace the gift; or the characterization of your doctrinaire disposition will not allow you to recognize the gift, at the least I am sure you can appreciate the power and courage of this Beautiful Black Woman.

We have been saying since the advent of Barack Obama back in 2008, that “the power Obama used to gain the presidency of the U.S.A. is available to be used by us all. Your success will be limited only by the UNDERSTANDING your use of Power.” The level of our understanding give you the WISDOM, to execute the POWER to the equivalent degree.”
The energy that pervades Black America in 2010, is the POWER, for the most part, that was generated by my own generation (the 1960’s). Barack Obama has told the world as much (as he can). He names Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, & other Civil Rights Advocates. However, one would have to be a “nit wit” NOT TO KNOW that the energy that made the Civil Right Movement possible, was the work of Black Nationalist, and other Black Activist who were struggling for Self-Determination.
In never saying the names of The Honorable Elijah Muhammad, Minister Malcolm X, The Eminent Huey P. Newton, Imari I. Obadele or Queen Mother Moore, & etc, President Barack Obama is showing that he understands the use of power. If mentions either of the named individuals, he never would not have successfully achieved his goal. And that is what we who have a good understanding of Power must be using our Wisdom to do: Use Wisdom to achieve our goals. This is true whether you are a student, a house wife, house husband, want a good job, want your Civil Right, Reparations or Human Rights. Your understanding of your goal will get you the Wisdom to determine what you can wisely do to achieve it at any particular time.
THE NAT TURNER TRAIL
After the brutalization, embarrassment and castigation of Henry Louis Louis a few months ago, I wrote an article title: “The Reparations Gift of Louis Gates.” Unfortunately, though I, and others who understood the opportunity handed to us by the high profiled manhandling tried, we did not get the job done. But the opportunities keep on coming: The Senate Candidate, Alvin Green in South Carolina is also one. Now we given a gallant Sister named Shirley Sherrod.
I can almost guarantee that our Liberation Struggle will be advanced: she and her husband Charles Sherrod will assure us of that. You see, they are products of the 1960’s, as well as Black Activist from the 1960’s.
