Justice Joy Cunningham and Other Qualified Blacks Should Be Considered To Replace U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald Ok lets get this next Black political empowerment discussion going, Wallace "Gator" Bradley of The United In Peace Organization, Mark Allen, Chairman of Black Wall Street Chicago, and others say that the upcoming vacancy being left by the outgoing U.S. Attorney Pat Fitzgerald calls for the immediate consideration of people like Illinois Appellate Court Justice Joy Cunningham or other qualified Blacks with the legal qualifications to be the next United States Attorney!! What say you? The announcement by current United States Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald that he is retiring effective June 30th will generate a lot of immediate political analysis from all kinds of political, legal, and ethnic empowerment circles, so the Black community will not be alone when raising the question that our Illinois Unites States Senators should consider qualified Blacks including people like Illinois Appellate Court Justice Joy Cunningham who is not just a Black but with superior legal qualifications where she was recently ranked high by a cross section of legal, political, and editorial circles as qualified for The Illinois Supreme Court. Some with the qualifications to be a justice of The Illinois Supreme Court is surely qualified to be considered as United States Attorney.
