Is it an insult to the Black Chicago State University graduates and/or their degrees and/or Advanced degrees in Communications and Public Relations Fields to know that the Board of CSU has allegedly bypassed the already existing PR Department and professional CSU graduates in the PR field -- and CSU Board contracted with an Independent PR contractor FOR THE BOARD that has absolutely NO Black employees? HOW HOW do you tell Black graduates from a historic Black institution that their degrees are WORTH something if they cant be hired when the university needs pr5ofessional services.. Lets CHECK this out!! A historic Black institution, in a majority Black community, hires a special PR firm for the Board and the firm has NO BLACK EMPLOYEES, but want to represent this historic Black institution ??
