PEOPLE’S ORGANIZATION FOR PROGRESSHOSTS SECOND PROTEST OPPOSING
PLANNED U.S. MILITARY ATTACK ON SYRIA!
On Sunday, September 8th, the People’s Organization For Progress (POP) will protest the Obama administration’s planned U.S. military attack on Syria!
It will take place at 2pm, at the corner of Broad Street and Market Street in the heart of downtown Newark, New Jersey.
As this goes to press, Secretary of State John Kerry is attempting to persuade Congress to unite with President Obama on a limited, punitive military action to punish the Syrian government over its alleged usage of chemical weapons against their opposition in their Civil War.
Meanwhile, Britain, the United State’s most important ally, has decided against joining in on any military action against Syria.
