"During my experimental dating process in which I went on over 100 dates, I met lying, cheating and disrespectful men. I even married a man who was already married but didn't tell me! The dating game sucked. I felt that there needed to be a change in the culture of dating, and I believed that it would have to start with women. When women raise their standards and demand better, the quantity of quality men would increase and men will step up by treating women with the respect they deserve. As a result, we would have more loving relationships and healthy marriages," said Williams.

Shay Williams' expertise differentiates itself from her counter parts as she combines the Science of Attract, Law of Attraction and old school values to educate her followers. Williams has went a step further by transforming her vision into a movement called "THE VALUE YOUR VAGINA MOVEMENT," which encourages women who share her vision to date from a place of strength with a goal of transforming the dating game all together!

Williams also known as Shay "Your Date Diva" Williams to her fans, is a writer, speaker, relationship coach and Certified NLP practitioner who is passionate about helping and empowering women. Shay graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Pre-Med Biology. Williams' Youtube channel has had over 3 million hits and she has appeared on various radios and TV shows around the country and has contributed content for some of the largest print magazines in the nation.
