The Rev. Willie T. Barrow Consumer Education and Consumer Action Project of National Black Wall Street Chicago (NBWSC), with financial support and participation from Marquette Bank hosted a successful community awareness seminar on financial literacy MONDAY, FEBRUARY 25th from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the offices of National Black Wall Street Chicago, located at 4655 South King Drive, Suite 203

Financial Education Specialists from Marquette Bank presented valuable information on subject topics that included....

* Identify theft as it relates to individuals and businesses;
* Managing personal checking and savings accounts;
*Why use banks versus currency exchanges;
* and The problem with PayDay lenders.

This was a great event to almost 20 participants who attended and they learned from the great information to learned financial tools on being more productive personally and professionally after this event.
