Minister Farrakhan Speaks Live Locally and Nationally Friday July 6th On Chicago's Legendary Black/Talk radio station WVON-AM 1690
THE HONORABLE MINISTER LOUIS FARRAKHAN ADDRESS THE BLACK COMMUNITY IN CHICAGO AND ACROSS THE COUNTRY ON CHICAGO'S LEGENDARY BLACK TALK RADIO STATION WVON-AM 1690 (www.wvon.com) FRIDAY, JULY 6, 2012 WITH HOST CLIFF KELLEY STARTING AT 4:00 PM (CST)
"Hear Minister Louis Farrakhan speak with the spirit and example of Black Wall Street that the answer to the desperate economic conditions and lack of consciousness and rising violence in the Black community lies in the talent and economic power that God has given the Black community. That spirit of turning "TO" each other and not "ON" each other and doing more for self by refocusing our talent and spending power with our own financial institutions to create, sustain and increase the Black communities own businesses, jobs, and institutions!
Hear the challenge of Minister Farrakhan that the answer to the ills facing the Black community does not lie in the hands of the government grants, but in the Black people's consciousness of doing more for self, and regaining our insult level and fight the economic violence that occurs in the Black community when these major corporations dare sit in majority Black communities to with double digit unemployment, making multi billion dollar profits while they refuse to stock qualified Black products and professional services while the community people are left battling and dying over illegal street economies.
Finally, tune in and hear if Minister Farrakhan will accept the challenge from myself as Chairman of Black Wall Street Chicago, Wallace "Gator" Bradley from United In Peace, Minister Jim Allen from The Movement University and other grassroots leaders to publicly reunite with the Rev. Jesse L. Jackson, Sr in a united front in dealing with Chicago's Gang and Street organizations and others in stopping the violence, in the same manner that they worked with us as organizers of the successful gang peace summits of 1993 where the united front of Farrakhan and Jackson and others helped put a message of peace that is desperately needed today."
