Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Chicago Police Chief Gary McCarthy need to be reminded yet AGAIN that NO AMOUNT of police deployment is going to stop the acts of senseless violence when far too many of our people have made it CLEAR that they will continue to put our lives in danger battling these streets with these illegal economies even as it creates more danger and death!! WHY do so many people have to get hurt and die because we are not fighting desperate economic conditions with a desperate ECONOMIC solution.

I agree it is the same where I live in Milwaukee,WI. People need money to live and these elected officials only seem not to care very much. As long as they have their job and security. Let them switch switch places and I bet they will be doing the same.
