 Our goal is to utilize every source of communications (email, fax, postal mail, phone) to make your voice,support, and displeasure known to the contacts listed below and to begin. nationwide, mobilization. to assure that this injustice is heard  loudly and clearly worldwide.  

The purpose of this CALL TO TAKE ACTION is to flood the related offices, agencies, departments, etc. in Chicago to demands for the removal of Det. Dante Servin, the off duty police officer who shot at least ten rounds into a crowd, one of those bullets being a fatal shot striking Rekia in the head.   Officer Servin claims he asked the crowd, that had gathered in a nearby park near his property, to quiet down. He soon thereafter, fired his weapon claiming he thought he saw a gun in a man's hand standing next to Rekia.  It has been reported that Savin said earlier that week that he wondered what he had to do do get some peace and quiet, "shot someone"?   A day or so later HE DID.
NOW, Officer Savin must be REMOVED from his current "active" position, at least while the investigation isbeing conducted into the murder of Rekia Boyd and pending the results of other related accusations of his misconduct /impropriety  
This Action is, furthermore a demand and assure that Detective Dante Servin is held accountable for any and all wreckless actions that led to the tragic death of a 22 year old innocent Black woman, Rekia Boyd.
