In partnership with the Atlanta Community Food Bank and the Yo!Boulevard Initiative, TLW and the Boulevard Food Co-op provide residences in the Atlanta metropolitan area with canned goods and fresh produce. In order to support and continue feeding the community, the co-op is fundraising as a team in this year's Hunger Walk/Run 5K on March 13th. We welcome you, your friends, and families to walk or run to support our neighbors in need and celebrate achievements already made in the fight against hunger. This family-friendly, 5K festival at Turner Field's Green Lot will include food trucks, games, educational activities, live entertainment and more!
Last year, more than 15,000 participants came together to raise over $800,000 to combat hunger in our community! This year, you can help make a real difference in the lives of your fellow Georgians by helping the Yo!Boulevard Food Co-op reach our fundraising goal of $5,000.
Thank you for your contributions and support, Proceeds from the event will go towards the food co-op and will be used to purchase food from the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
