The Marketplace honors the life and memory ofSamaiyah Aziz, daughter of Akbar Muhammad and Maryam Aziz-Mann. Samaiyah lived and worked in Ghana, West Africa for 13 years. Samaiyah returned to her creator on May 30, 2014. Samaiyah was a business woman and owner of the first Teacher's Store in Ghana, West Africa. She was co-founder and principal of SpringforthInternational School. Creator of the first residential summer camp program serving West Africa, she was the FUN expert. She was a mother, friend, sister, and auntie. Samaiyah was loved by many.
