Dear Friends,
The US-backed Israeli genocidal war against the People of Palestine must be stopped. Everyone who has stood up against the war crimes and crimes against humanity that the US and Israel are perpetrating in Gaza is on the right side of history. Here in the US, the authorities have targeted people who have stood up with repression and censorship. Everyone who hates injustice needs to have the backs of those being targeted. Now is not the time to back down. It’s a time to stand firm and to dig deeper, to get at why this is happening and what’s needed to stop shit like this from coming down.
Israel has been a watchdog and an attack dog serving the interests of the American empire in the Middle East since it was founded 75 years ago. The genocide being rained down on people in Gaza today is a continuation of Israel playing its role for US imperialism. And it will take a real revolution, one that overthrows this system, to end horrors like this once and for all.
