Blasts Illinois Leaders Guiterrez, Durbin For Not Showing Proper Compassion and Time For Congressman Jackson

Illinois Senator Mark Kirk in his absence from full time service in the U.S. Senate has had had to ensure the additional stress of the regular frenzy for his doctors and staff taken away from serving others to provide regular updates on his illness and his progress including photo opportunities etc.  All of this extra pressure on Kirk and his doctors still does not change the fact that he is not on the floor of the U.S. Senate, nor having regular staff meetings on everyday services from his Senate office.

Congressman Jackson in his absence made a calculated decision not to interrupt his treatment with an ongoing frenzy of media camping out for photo ops of him or camping out at his treatment facility of her had announced prior to the leave of his exact whereabouts. Jackson has no friends in Congressman Guiterrez or Illinois Senator Durbin for adding to the stress of his recovery by not supporting his request for privacy as he is treated at a private in-patient facility.

I applaud The Chicago Sun Times Editorial (Wednesday, July 11, 2012) that states "Jackson is still a father, a husband and a human being who deserves a measure of sympathy. Lets give him some space."
