“PanAfrican Business: Connecting the Dots” is the theme for our conference during the Thanksgiving break (US). The National Black Chamber of Commerce came to this beautiful resort in 2007. It was such a successful event!
The hotel has 11 class restaurants and is surrounded by white sand beaches on three sides. The plan is ALL INCLUSIVE which means all food, premium beverages (24/7) and gratuities are included in your room rate. The numerous facilities are great for networking and their conference rooms are first class. There are nogreen fees for the onsite golf course. The use of the spa is complementary and individual services will be discounted 10%.
Most major airlines have good flight schedules to Punta Cana (including AirTran). Right now the rates are quite reasonable and flights should be booked as soon as possible to avoid any seasonal increases. Most nations do not have to have a visa – just a valid passport. Please check with your applicable foreign/state department. Americans need a passport and a tourist card purchased when you arrive in Dominican Republic for $10.
To protect our block availability and avoid any taxation we have prepaid for the room count. Thus, participants should go to our website to purchase their room reservations. The rates are attractive. Remember this includes all food and beverages (unlimited!) with 11 restaurants each with its own theme. If you are going please do this now before we run out.
