In celebration of Black Poetry Day, Countee Cullen Library proudly presents George Edward Tait, the Poet Laureate of Harlem, on Wednesday, October 17^th at 6pm.  Tait will also be continuing the celebration of his 50^th year as an activist and will be reading from his recently completed trilogy of poetry, consisting of At War (1983), At Arms (1992), and Sword Songs (2010).  Admission is free.
