To my Religious leaders, Community Organization leaders, HOW are you educating your members on how to obtain MAJOR savings on their regular high Com Ed bills along with the ComEd announcement today to raise the rates another 90 cents????? Just applying for another CEDA grant OR a long term financial savings from 7.73 to 5.99 through Black Wall Street/The North American Power referral??
