Buju Banton’s Conviction Under Question
Yesterday (20th December 2012) there was a very significant development in the Buju Banton case. The possibility of Buju’s release from prison cannot be ruled out.
Buju’s new lawyer is Chokwe Lumumba a veteran political activist that specialises in representing political prisoners. He represented Assata Shakur and other members of the Black Liberation Army and the Black Panther Party.
