Capital Punishment for a Slave

On the "Carl Nelson Show" from Washington, DC on May 2, 2016, there was a discussion about comedian, Larry Wilmore's statement to President Barack Obama: "Yo Barry. You did it my n_ _ _a." This comment was not a laughing matter. It amounts to fighting words. It violates military ethics. President Obama is this nation's Commander-in-Chief. This verbal exchange is treason.
This is not to suggest that the Commander-in-Chief enjoys dictatorial powers where dissent is impermissible. Libraries were not available on plantations. Slaves make decisions without a frame of reference. President Obama knew or should have known that Willmore was a slave. To a slave, etiquette only extends to whites.
The etymology of "nigger" is rooted in slavery and its use was designed to dehumanize a race. Africans were not handcuffed and kidnapped from their homeland while they called each other "nigger." Negro was a term used by their captors. They were Spanish and Portuguese pirates.
Like Larry Wiltmore, Prince, Bill Cosby, O.J. Simpson and Tiger Woods are descendants of enslaved Africans. Few of us today have kept any written instructions from the slavemasters. We do know that the U.S. Constitution defamed us. The final instruction of all slavemasters was "Freedom is free." This fallacious instruction still controls our behavior towards, inter alia, supporting our children.
It amounts to criminal negligence for any parent to raise a child in New York. Every parent should be fully aware of the state's public policy. New York, in 1964, enacted the Malcolm X Law. New York imported South Africa's Juvenile Offender Law, which was designed to quell the Soweto uprisings.
Like North Carolina, New York automatically treats 16 year-olds as adults in criminal prosecutions. A blue ribbon commission found that New York’s judicial system is “infested with racism.”
Judicial gerrymandering exists in the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department. Gov. Andrew insists on maintaining the status quo.
Any black parent who go out and have a child and, afterwards, embrace “plantation politics,” should be subject to capital punishment. It is an oxymoron to ban slavery while allowing slaves to be entitled to rights under the Fifth and Fourteenth amendments.
Since most black parents were not going to establish a war chest to defend their children, I knew that it was imperative for blacks to establish a third party to offset the Democratic Party. It takes a political party to change public policy. Unfortunately, social termites joined, without invitation, the Freedom Party. Most black parents are enrolled in the Democratic Party.
The Republican Party and the Democratic Party both constitute Fortune 500 Corporations. All leading companies employ extermination services for their survival. In order for the Freedom Party to survive, it must also employ an extermination service. This amounts to insurance against risk.
A black man or woman with a head on his or her shoulders will see it as his or her duty to gladly perform the services of an exterminator. This is not a job for a boy or girl. A boy or girl is measured from his or her chest to his or hr feet. Caveat emptor for “headless Negroes.”
No person can be an exterminator without having the acumen to be a slave profiler. There must also be an appreciation for “legalese” and “military science.” This includes an appreciation for the First, Second, Fifth Eighth and Fourteenth amendments. This is more mercy than a slave shows to our children.
No person should have been allowed to be released from slavery without presuming, rebuttably, that the former slave is insane. The problem is the 1863 Emancipation Proclamation. Abraham Lincoln, unconditionally, freed the "slaves." This proclamation, which was not even an executive order, is causing havoc in 2016. Blacks have causes of action for fraud and for constitutional defamation.
Prof. Alan Dershowitz, an “esteemed” law professor at Harvard University Law School while President Barack Obama was a law student, wrote an op-ed piece which I read in the Albany Times Union calling for my disbarment. He claimed that I had violated the master-relationship in New York. The punishment was, according to him, civil death.
In a demand for a debate, out of necessity, Prof. Dershowitz has to argue that under the U.S. Constitution, accords black men and women equal rights. This is a fallacy and a poison pill. This diabolical scheme was designed to divide and conquer black families. The latest revelation is Prince dying intestate and, so far, without insurance.
No slave should be immune from punishment. Slave profilers are necessary to locate slaves like bloodhounds were used to enforce the Fugitive Slave Act of 1850. Blacks will never enjoy freedom as long as slaves are immune from punishment. A slave is contraband per se.
When President Abraham Lincoln "Freed the slaves," he actually unleashed a termite explosion on black homes. If extermination is necessary, Lincoln is the person to blame. Our enemy is social termites with melanin. Charles Hamilton Houston foresaw the problem. He failed to prescribe a solution, however. He did put a spotlight on black lawyers. Extermination may be necessary!
