                                        Can You Handle The Truth?

“Americans don’t want to know that their founding fathers were slave-owning wealthy businessmen who only broke away from England in order to set up their own scam based on British style piracy. Don’t attempt to tell them that Thomas Jefferson not only owned slaves but was top stud on his own slave breeding farm. Don’t tell them that Abe Lincoln had absolutely no interest in freeing the slaves…that The Civil War was fought because of what the South considered unfair tariffs…and that The Emancipation Proclamation was only issued to encourage the slaves to fight for The Union. Don’t tell them about The Great American Holocaust and the tens of millions of Native Americans who were unceremoniously slaughtered along with the vast bison herds that sustained them. Americas don’t want to know that all the wars in their country’s history were fought because of greed.             George Orwell said “during times of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act.” Well for those of you who don’t realize it, we are living in times of universal deceit. Everywhere we turn we are subjected to lies, fabrications and untruth in every facet of Western society. In the West there are whole institutions, industries and forms of commerce created to perpetuate lies, deceit and disinformation. For example the film industry is based upon fantasy and lies. The advertising industry is based on lies, exaggeration and fabrication. Its sister industry, Public Relations, has devolved into pure spin, obfuscation, hyperbole, perception management and propaganda. So called news is now mostly propaganda in support of a fascist corporatist agenda. The corporate mass media is full of disinformation and it does the bidding of its corporate directors/owners.

            Institutions like religion, the law, science and economics are based upon distortions, inaccuracies and lies. For example most people don’t know (because the ruling class suppresses this information) the ideas and theology behind Judaism, Christianity and Islam were taken from pre-existing civilizations like ancient Kemet (Egypt) and Mesopotamia then perverted and reshaped to suit the agenda of the ruling classes. For example the first example of Immaculate Conception was Ausar impregnating his wife Auset although he was physically dead through the power of the DEVINE. This story was created thousands of years before Christianity was ever thought of.

            As the late Reggie Bryant used to say when he closed out his radio program In Search of Truth, “It’s not what you know that gets you in trouble, it’s the things you know that just aren’t true.” Western culture is based upon lies, the lie of its supposed superiority and the lie of its prime place in human history, when in fact they are the Johnny Come lately of the human family. We are told the Hebrews were the first monotheists that Herodotus was the father of History and Hippocrates was the father of modern medicine; all of these are lies.

 The ruling classes used/use intimidation and coercion to manipulate us into accepting and believing their myths, lies and historiography. The Inquisition, the Witch Trials and countless wars were used to enforce their lies and cement their control over the masses. The European monarchs, oligarchs and Ecclesiastical elites used/use fear, violence and intimidation to shape and mold their people psychologically and socially. Their institutions reflect the ruling classes’ consciousness of control, domination and exploitation.

 The ethos of the ruling class is dog eat dog, the strong dominate the weak and they believe the best way to keep the masses docile, obedient and compliant is to keep us ignorant, fearful, distracted and intimidated. This is why their education system is really not about encouraging open minded thinking, free range imagination, cultivating good character, developing the innate divinity within each of us or creating a culture and ethos that respects nature and attempts to live in harmony with it. Western education, like all institutions are an expression and manifestation of the consciousness and values of the people who create them.

            Because resistance and freedom of thought are violently discouraged by the ruling classes, most people in the US are not willing to challenge the status quo. After fifty plus years of COINTELPRO the Black community has been compromised, discouraged and cow towed. Our leaders and organizations have been co-opted and neutered. We no longer talk about the struggle. In fact the words “struggle” and “fight the power” are no longer a part of our lexicon. Somehow we have been bamboozled to believe we “have arrived” and we alive in a “post racial” society. When it comes to taking action, we think activism, struggle and resistance are pushing the “like” icon on Facebook or Tweeting about something!

Real change requires action! We no longer are actively engaged in what Bell Hooks called mental decolonization, breaking free of the chains of propaganda and the lies the institutions and media program us to accept and believe. In fact when you attempt to encourage people to think for themselves, to not to go for the flim-flam or fall for the ruling class’ okey-doke folks shut down and act like they don’t hear you.

Sometimes when I offer another perspective or angle on current events folks give me a blank stare or a glassy look comes over them because this information goes against what they have been programmed to believe.  The vestiges of the slave experience are still very much with us to the point most Black folks think someone telling them the truth about this country is crazy and they shun them.

We have been brainwashed and conditioned to fear the truth; because the ruling class and their minions used the law, violence, terror and coercion to keep us ignorant, frightened and docile. They used the police, the courts, military and KKK to coerce and force us to fight their wars, rape planet earth and hate people we don’t even know to enrich them!

The fact of the matter is, truth is all around us. In the information age there is really no excuse for living in ignorance; but it takes work to discern the truth from falsehood. It takes effort to cut through the lies to glean what is true. It takes effort but it is well worth it. Despite the notion that ignorance is bliss, mental freedom is worth it.

  The ruling class is not sophisticated or powerful enough to bamboozle all of us. Yes their tricknology is prevailing but we have an alternative to their lies. We have access to DIVINE INTELLIGENCE any time we want. We all have access to Omnipotence, Omnipresence and Omniscience. This power is closer than our skin; it is within each of us in the form of intuition, imagination and volition. We can access DIVINE INTELLIGENCE/POWER by getting still, becoming quiet and listening for the still small voice, paying attention to our dreams, making sense of our imagination and using visualization to create a new self-image and reality. This is the most powerful truth anyone can share with us, we have the agency and the power to alter our reality and conditions of our lives. Can you handle this truth?

We have agency we have the power to thwart our adversaries evil New World Order plan, we can bring peace and tranquility into our lives and our environment. Can you handle this truth? We can wake up, speak calm to the troubled waters and storms of our personal lives and bring peace and harmony to the world!

Marianne Williamson said (but it was erroneously credited to Nelson Mandela) “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’ Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

Acting small, as if we are powerless, discombobulated and asleep is an affront to THE CREATIVE SPIRIT/POWER/INTELLIGENCE within each of us.  We may not currently know who we really are because we’ve bought into the lies and distortions during these times of universal deceit; but the truth, the revolutionary act we can all do is wake up to our innate potential and DIVINITY. Can you handle this truth?

This truth comes with a solemn obligation. To whom much is given, much is required/expected. It’s not enough to intellectualize or talk about our divine potential we must actualize it, make it manifest for whole world to see share and experience! It comes with a cost; we will be required to shake off our ignorance and lethargy, change our minds and become a new person. We may have to leave old habits, acquaintances and situations behind. But it will be well worth it. The rewards will be great for us and the world! You are here to serve and to make a great contribution to the collective. Anything less is an affront to THE CREATOR.

 This is the great truth/message all the enlightened master teachers, prophets and wise ones came to share with the world. Can you handle it?
