BREAKING NEWS --- It was reported that after initial reports the other day of NO BLACKS on this majority Black community work site referenced below headed by two Black Contractors that today TWO Black workers were spotted as Flaggers on the street while the overwhelming majority of the work site is STILL majority White and Hispanic!!! This STILL represents an insult to the Black community who have fought too hard and too long for Black contractors to be General contractors and subcontractors positions, especially in majority Black communities to have them carrying out the same exclusion of qualified community workers!!

Glad to report that WVON's Cliff Kelley and others has called to publicly report on National Black Wall Street Chicago's public position that its is BLACK ON BLACK ECONOMIC VIOLENCE when a Black General Contractor and a Black sub Contractor come to development sites in a majority Black community like 83rd and Stewart to build a new bank and new hotel and have an ALL WHITE AND HISPANIC workforce when there is double digit unemployment in the Black community and we and others have whole databases of qualified community Black construction workers led by Bob Israel of our Black Community Contractors Coalition, BII Consultants and others. The subcontractor is a Black company called TRICE and the general contractor is James A. Akintonde, president and founder of The Ujamaa Construction Company located at 7744 South Stony Island. And we publicly challenge Howard Brookins, Jr, 21st Ward Alderman and Chair of The Black Caucus!!

No more Black on Black economic violence and NO MORE Black companies fronting as pass through either!! Stay tuned

Yeah Mark I do not understand that phenomenon either. However as a business owner, I have been told many times (by Black people who need jobs) that I'm either not paying enough OR it's too much work. Before we completely malign both companies, ask them what they did to look for workers.

These are the kind of Bitch ass Niggas in the community that need to have their asses whipped. Crying about the white folks NOT giving THEM no work & when they DO get some work, they hire everybody BUT Black tradesmen. No consciousness in the community, not even in The Church. ESPECIALLY in The Church. 300 Churches in Englewood & not ONE black owned Grocery Store, Bank Gas Station or strip mall to provide our youth with goods cheap enough to purchase wholesale, so they can hit the street & undercut the OTHER ethnic competition. I'm writing an article entitled "And ALL They Gave US, was Jesus."
